A question?
Are slaves that when they have no dominants in their lives inflict forms of slavery upon themselves such as self-flagellation or self-bondage a way of expressing their desires and wants for enjoyment sake or statement of loneliness?

Well, I may be sub, but I get no pleasure from pain. I get pain from pain. I only experience my Dominant's pleasure.
But I know a great deal about loneliness. And when I first began to understand that I wanted someone to dominate me, the lack of a Dom caused me to rush headlong into some dangerous situations.
We do many things out of loneliness.
